SciFi and Fantasy Art A Mermaid for my Grammy by Mandy Elliott

My Grandmother, whom I call Grammy, loves shells and the sea. I was thinking about her when I found this one. And was thus inspired to create her a picture of it. Once I drew the shell, the mermaid sort of apeared in my minds eye and thus I drew her. Content to sit in her shell as the moon rises. I am in the process of painting this for my Grandmother, but it's proving a tad difficult.
